Creating A Great Body For A Research Paper In The APA Format

The main body of an APA research paper includes an introduction, main body paragraphs and then a conclusion. The main body usually starts on the third. Depending on your topic, other sections besides the three listed above may be required.
For instance, if you require a section for experiments and your methods, then you may place this after your introduction, somewhere in the body but before the conclusion. There may also be a discussion section, which should replace the conclusion.
Each section should be titled (except for the introduction). For methods, results or discussion, you must centre the title and bold it. Each subject will have different requirements, so you have to follow the guidelines. Your professor should have these outlined for you.
The best thing to do when preparing to write your masterpiece is to do as much research as you can, and keep a complete record of your references. If you have a good piece of information but failed to write down the author and the title of the work, the information is useless! You have to cite your sources to be able to use them.
